Prenatal yoga instructor, fellow mother-to-be, Madison Baer, RYT 500, will lead you through restorative asana, breathwork, and meditation to support your pregnancy. Madison will also provide additional tips, recommendations, and journal prompts to continue to aid your pregnancy outside of class.
Classes can be taken individually or together as a series.
This class is suitable for all trimesters.
